“Our torsion spring broke late on a Saturday night, called in and Alex let us know our technician Tony would be out within a few hours. Tony arrived, took a look, and gave us a pretty good price to fix our garage, gave suggestions, and was not overly pushy on anything. “Tony was so honest and was the only tech out of 4 companies that came out who confirmed that I could get a new motor through the manufacturer's warranty. All others said it wouldn't qualify and that we needed a whole new unit. Tony came back and installed the new motor once it arrived from the manufacturer and saved me about $600!! He even took the time to help me program the unit to the remote/wifi system. Highly recommend Tony and this company!”

“My garage door opener has not worked for a while. Tony came out and assessed the situation. He gave me estimates for repair and for replacement. No sales pitch, just knowledgeable honest conversation. He was even able to easily explain why my door was so much harder to open manually. In the end I decided to go with replacement because the unit was 15 years old, and a quieter more energy efficient unit sounded good. Tony did it all the same day, even having to work around the delivery of my new washer/dryer set. Good natured, knowledgeable, clearly cared about customer satisfaction - no sure what more you could ask! Price was in line with what I expected, and the result was even better.”
